Q: Do I need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico?
A: U.S. citizens holding valid identification that allows them to fly domestically will not need a passport to travel to Puerto Rico. Those traveling from other countries will be required to follow the travel guidelines of obtaining a passport and/or visa as needed.

Q: What is included in my stay?
A: As a guest at the Punta Borinquen Resort, breakfast is included with your stay for all guests. Guests staying at the Courtyard by Marriott will not have breakfast included. Only individuals that are registered for the conference will receive the lunch and dinner tickets included with the symposium (as described in registration). Additional guest tickets are available to purchase on request before December 14.
Q: When should I plan to arrive and leave?
A: The symposium program will open on Monday morning. However, there are pre-symposium add-ons on Friday and Saturday that you may wish to attend. Most flights will arrive overnight, planning to come one day in advance may be a choice for some.
Friday the 16th is the last day of scheduled session activity, we expect to conclude after lunch. There are post-symposium activities for January 17 for those interested though. Please check the tentative program for full details.

A: Registration for the symposium will be accepted through ASABE. Registration will not open until 2025.
